Maddy: (crying-ish tone with anger) "I'm ESPLANIN!" <-- Maddy trying to tell me that she was explaining to Kiley what happened.

Me: Madison. I wont give you a chip until you say please and thank you..
Maddy: Can I please have a chip?
Me: ..hands her a chip..
Maddy: Thank you.
Me: You're welcome.
Maddy: Wow, you are being so polite to me today.

Me: ..telling Maddy something she usually doesn't want to hear.
Maddy: Fine then. You won't be my best friend if you act like that to me!

She can be cute sometimes, too...
