New York: Days 3 & 4

Day 3: {Sunday} I woke up to Hayley singing to me and she made me breakfast in bed; a bowl of fruity pebbles! She's such a good best friend. That was too great, people. We had big plans for my 21st. I wanted to go to Central Park and go to the zoo, but the weather had a mind of its own and decided to rain. Lame! We got ready for the day, once again hopped on the super fun subway and made a pit stop for a {second} breakfast at this yummy place. I had pancakes, toast, bacon, sausage, fresh OJ, and the lady even gave me a free donut! We were able to find Times Square and were so shocked! It's amazing, huge, and crowded. We went to M&M World, The Disney Store, Hershey Factory, and a whole other tons of stores. There's probably 5 Aldo's and H&M's in Times Square alone. We went to this exhibit called Spy, which was super cool! We learned lots of fun stuff about spies. When we were done there was a Georgetown Cupcake shop {from a TLC show} so Hayley treated me to my favorite red velvet cupcake and some Dr. Pepper. May I just say, there is NO DR. PEPPER IN NEW YORK. They only have Coke products at restaurants. It's ridiculous! Stock up while you still can people. We then walked around some more and stopped at this pub called Irish Pub and Grill, or something like that, and got some delish dinner. We also watched March Madness and the game where Kevin Ware totally ripped the bone right out of his leg... So disgusting!!! It looked so painful. Poor guy! On the way to the subway station we stopped back at the place where we got breakfast, I believe it was called Loopy's, and got dessert. We for home and ate the dessert and went straight to bed. It was exhausting being out and shopping all day!

Day 4: {Monday} We spent all Monday at Coney Island! It was so fun! We got to finally go to Nathan's, which is like the "original hot dog place." It was ridiculously freezing, but only because it was so windy. We got to walk over to the ocean and see all that hurricane Sandy had destroyed. I really wanted to go to the NY Aquarium but its still closed because of the reconstruction.
