New York: Days 5 & 6

Day 5: {Tuesday} We spent all day at the Natural History Museum. This place is HUGE! So many floors of very cool, interesting facts. Oh, and there are naked people there. Two kids were staring at a man statue and one said to the other, "What's that?" The other kid replied, "That's his pee pee!" "EW!!!" Bahaha. Too funny. Very graphic statues, may I add. Pretty nasty, ha ha. This place was so crowded though, it was hard to move around. And you had to climb a butt load of stairs. I think there was 5 levels full of knowledge. The museum literally took up our whole day. We ended the night at a broadway show... Spider-Man! It was so good! It was funny. It wasn't like I had expected it to be. There was lots of singing though. And kissing! ;)

Day 6: {Wednesday} We did lots {more} shopping today. We started our day off at 9/11 memorial. It was very sad. You had to wait in like a 3 hour line to see two beautiful memorial water pools, where the twin towers once stood. There was also a "wishing tree" which was found in the wreckage. It was kinda of a disappointment considering you had to wait so long and you didn't get to see much. We then went to this amazing diner, Brooklyn Diner, for lunch. This is the place where we had the best dessert ever. No picture of it because we scarfed it so fast. Can you guess what it is? No? A red velvet waffle with a banana split on top. Holy heavens!!! Sooooo freaking delicious. Best. Dessert. Ever. We also went to Top of the Rock, which is the observation deck at the top of the Rockefeller Center. The city is so pretty from the top of the world. We had to wait in another ridiculously long line and do more security. That night we went to the Yankees game. The subway to get there was freaking ridiculous! It was so packed. There was no place to stand or sit. No personal bubbles. I hated it! But the game was so fun so it made it worth it! We were actually cheering for the Red Sox {which kicked Yankees booty's} but we didn't want to get mugged, shot, murdered, etc so we pretended to be Yankee's fans. It was fuh-reeeeeezing. Like, beyond cold. It was 40 something degrees but New York has this damn wind chill that gets you every time! We had to leave early because we were so cold, and the Yankee's were sucking so it wasn't really worth it. Super fun day!
