A couple months ago while I was in New York, I went to a restaurant called Brooklyn Diner. (Which you can read about in my last blog post.) I ordered dessert there... A gigantic red velvet waffle. Now, I'm sure you can get these at a lot of places, although I've never seen one in Utah, nor have I ever tried one, until New York. Okay. Really? HEAVEN. Ever since I devoured that's waffle, I've wanted another. I've found a couple recipes, never quite right, and now need your help. That's right folks, I said it, I need help finding the perfect red velvet waffle recipe. I got a few pictures from online that people posted on a review website for the Brooklyn Diner so you can see this beauty. I personally didn't get a photo because it was devoured too quickly.
